You must count them all or ask someone  who already has counted them.
$$\mathrm{You}\:\mathrm{must}\:\mathrm{count}\:\mathrm{them}\:\mathrm{all}\:\mathrm{or}\:\mathrm{ask}\:\mathrm{someone} \\ $$$$\mathrm{who}\:\mathrm{already}\:\mathrm{has}\:\mathrm{counted}\:\mathrm{them}. \\ $$

168 is even number. Divisible by 2.
$$\mathrm{168}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{even}\:\mathrm{number}.\:\mathrm{Divisible}\:\mathrm{by}\:\mathrm{2}. \\ $$
