log(x−3)+log(x−2)=log(x^2 −4x−21) log{(x−3)(x−2)}=log(x^2 −4x−21) x^2 −5x+6=x^2 −4x−21 5x−4x=6+21 x=27
$$\mathrm{log}\left(\mathrm{x}−\mathrm{3}\right)+\mathrm{log}\left(\mathrm{x}−\mathrm{2}\right)=\mathrm{log}\left(\mathrm{x}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{4x}−\mathrm{21}\right) \\ $$$$\mathrm{log}\left\{\left(\mathrm{x}−\mathrm{3}\right)\left(\mathrm{x}−\mathrm{2}\right)\right\}=\mathrm{log}\left(\mathrm{x}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{4x}−\mathrm{21}\right) \\ $$$$\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{x}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{5x}+\mathrm{6}=\mathrm{x}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{4x}−\mathrm{21} \\ $$$$\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{5x}−\mathrm{4x}=\mathrm{6}+\mathrm{21} \\ $$$$\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{x}=\mathrm{27} \\ $$
