an uniform rope with length L and  unit mass 𝛒 is fixed at one end as  shown. its other end is connected with  a mass such that the rope and the  mass are just in balance when the  length of the vertical part of the rope  is h. then a variable force is   maintained on the mass and pulls   the mass slowly downwards by a   distance s. find the work done by this  force and the maximum value of   this force.  (assume the pulley is frictionless and  b+h+s < L )
