$$\mathrm{But}\:\mathrm{this}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{all}\:\mathrm{you}\:\mathrm{need}! \\ $$$${x}=\mathrm{2cos}\:{t}\:\Rightarrow\:\mathrm{cos}\:{t}\:=\frac{{x}}{\mathrm{2}} \\ $$$${y}=\mathrm{3cos}\:{t}\:\Rightarrow\:{y}=\frac{\mathrm{3}{x}}{\mathrm{2}} \\ $$
