30m, 30°, 25°   you need all these three infos to  find h and d.

d=(h/(tan 30°))=((30−h)/(tan 25°))  ⇒h=((30 tan 30°)/(tan 30°+tan 25°))=16.7 m  ⇒d=28.7 m
$${d}=\frac{{h}}{\mathrm{tan}\:\mathrm{30}°}=\frac{\mathrm{30}−{h}}{\mathrm{tan}\:\mathrm{25}°} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{h}=\frac{\mathrm{30}\:\mathrm{tan}\:\mathrm{30}°}{\mathrm{tan}\:\mathrm{30}°+\mathrm{tan}\:\mathrm{25}°}=\mathrm{16}.\mathrm{7}\:{m} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{d}=\mathrm{28}.\mathrm{7}\:{m} \\ $$
