CD=CB=((a+b)/2)  ⇒∠CDB=∠CBD=45°  2x+45°=180°  ⇒x=67.5°
$${CD}={CB}=\frac{{a}+{b}}{\mathrm{2}} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\angle{CDB}=\angle{CBD}=\mathrm{45}° \\ $$$$\mathrm{2}{x}+\mathrm{45}°=\mathrm{180}° \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{x}=\mathrm{67}.\mathrm{5}° \\ $$
