a=(v^2 /(2s))=((10^2 )/(2×25))=2 m/s^2   T=m(a+g)=800×12=9600 N
$${a}=\frac{{v}^{\mathrm{2}} }{\mathrm{2}{s}}=\frac{\mathrm{10}^{\mathrm{2}} }{\mathrm{2}×\mathrm{25}}=\mathrm{2}\:{m}/{s}^{\mathrm{2}} \\ $$$${T}={m}\left({a}+{g}\right)=\mathrm{800}×\mathrm{12}=\mathrm{9600}\:{N} \\ $$
