\frac{5}{x} = \frac{2}{5} \Rightarrow x = 12.5

y + 5 + 2 = x + 5 \Rightarrow y = x - 2 = 10.5

\Rightarrow [P a r a l l e l o g r a m] = y + 5 + x + 2 + 5 = 35
