x + 10 y = 4 (x + y)

\Rightarrow 3 x = 6 y \Rightarrow x : y = 2 : 1

12 [4 \times (1 + 2) = 12]

24 [4 \times (2 + 4) = 24]

36 [4 \times (3 + 6) = 36]

48 [4 \times (4 + 8) = 48]
