mod (200,6)=2  ⇒200th digit is 5  mod (300,6)=0  ⇒300th digit is 6
$${mod}\:\left(\mathrm{200},\mathrm{6}\right)=\mathrm{2} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\mathrm{200}{th}\:{digit}\:{is}\:\mathrm{5} \\ $$$${mod}\:\left(\mathrm{300},\mathrm{6}\right)=\mathrm{0} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\mathrm{300}{th}\:{digit}\:{is}\:\mathrm{6} \\ $$

x = (2/(13)) = 153846(10^(−6) +10^(−12) +10^(−18) +...)    200 = 6×33+2  The 200th is the same than the 2nd  decimal : 5    300 = 6×49+6  The 300th is the same than the 6th  decimal : 6
$${x}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{2}}{\mathrm{13}}\:=\:\mathrm{153846}\left(\mathrm{10}^{−\mathrm{6}} +\mathrm{10}^{−\mathrm{12}} +\mathrm{10}^{−\mathrm{18}} +…\right) \\ $$$$ \\ $$$$\mathrm{200}\:=\:\mathrm{6}×\mathrm{33}+\mathrm{2} \\ $$$$\mathrm{The}\:\mathrm{200th}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{same}\:\mathrm{than}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{2nd} \\ $$$$\mathrm{decimal}\::\:\mathrm{5} \\ $$$$ \\ $$$$\mathrm{300}\:=\:\mathrm{6}×\mathrm{49}+\mathrm{6} \\ $$$$\mathrm{The}\:\mathrm{300th}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{same}\:\mathrm{than}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{6th} \\ $$$$\mathrm{decimal}\::\:\mathrm{6} \\ $$
