∣a+b∣≤∣a∣+∣b∣ ⇒ ((∣a∣+∣b∣)/(∣a+b∣)) ≥1  ⇒ ((1/2)+((∣a∣+∣b∣)/(∣a+b∣)))≥(3/2)  take min=(3/2)..
