((x+4)/(x−4)) − ((5(x+4))/((x−4)(x+4)))  =((x+4)/(x−4)) − (5/(x−4)) = ((x+4−5)/(x−4)) = ((x−1)/(x−4))

((x+4)/(x−4))−((5(x+4))/((x−4)(x+4)))  ((x+4)/(x−4))−(5/(x−4))=((x+4−5)/(x−4))            =((x−1)/(x−4))
