do you mean lim_(n→∞)  ((ln(n))/2^n ) ?

x→2^x   increase more than  x→ln(x) ⇒lim_(n→+∞)   ((ln(n))/2^n )=0
$${x}\rightarrow\mathrm{2}^{{x}} \:\:{increase}\:{more}\:{than} \\ $$$${x}\rightarrow{ln}\left({x}\right)\:\Rightarrow{lim}_{{n}\rightarrow+\infty} \:\:\frac{{ln}\left({n}\right)}{\mathrm{2}^{{n}} }=\mathrm{0} \\ $$
