P_3 ^5 −P_2 ^4 +P_4 ^5 +P_5 ^5 =288
$${P}_{\mathrm{3}} ^{\mathrm{5}} −{P}_{\mathrm{2}} ^{\mathrm{4}} +{P}_{\mathrm{4}} ^{\mathrm{5}} +{P}_{\mathrm{5}} ^{\mathrm{5}} =\mathrm{288} \\ $$

3−digit numbers: from 5 digits you can form P_3 ^5 3−digit numbers. but the numbers beginning with 1 must be excluded, because they are smaller than 200. when a number beginnt with 1, to form the next 2 digits from the other 4 digits, there are P_2 ^4 ways. therefore there are P_3 ^5 −P_2 ^4 3−digit numbers larger than 200. 4−digit numbers: to form a 4−digit number from 5 digits there are P_4 ^5 ways. all these numbers are larger than 200. 5−digit numbers: to form a 5−digit number from 5 digits there are P_5 ^5 ways. all these numbers are larger than 200. totally we can form P_3 ^5 −P_2 ^4 +P_4 ^5 +P_5 ^5 requested numbers.
