$$\mathrm{gcd}\left(\mathrm{12},\mathrm{56}\right)=\mathrm{4}\: \\ $$$$\mathrm{4}\:\mathrm{does}\:\mathrm{not}\:\mathrm{divide}\:\mathrm{34}\:\mathrm{so}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{equation}\:\mathrm{has}\:\mathrm{no}\:\mathrm{solutions}. \\ $$
