s=side length of square  (s/( (√(4^2 +1^2 ))))=((3+4+5)/4)=3  s=3(√(17))  area of square =s^2 =9×17=153
$${s}={side}\:{length}\:{of}\:{square} \\ $$$$\frac{{s}}{\:\sqrt{\mathrm{4}^{\mathrm{2}} +\mathrm{1}^{\mathrm{2}} }}=\frac{\mathrm{3}+\mathrm{4}+\mathrm{5}}{\mathrm{4}}=\mathrm{3} \\ $$$${s}=\mathrm{3}\sqrt{\mathrm{17}} \\ $$$${area}\:{of}\:{square}\:={s}^{\mathrm{2}} =\mathrm{9}×\mathrm{17}=\mathrm{153} \\ $$
