Solve the following differential equations:   (i). e^(x−y)  dx +e^(y−x)  dy=0    (ii). (dy/dx) = (√(y−x))   (iii). (dy/dx)= ((3xy+y^2 )/(3x^2 ))

(iii) (dy/(dx )) = ((y/x))+(1/3)((y/x))^2   y = qx ⇒ (dy/dx) = q+x(dq/dx)  ⇒ q+x(dq/dx) = q+(1/3)q^2   x(dq/dx) = (1/3)q^2  ⇒ (dq/q^2 ) = (1/3)(dx/x)  −(1/q) = ln(x)^(1/(3  ))  + c   (y/x) = ln ((1/( (x)^(1/(3  )) ))) + C  y = x ln ((1/( (x)^(1/(3  )) ))) + Cx  ⇒((3dq)/q^2 ) = (dx/x)  −(3/q) = ln x + c   (3/(((y/x)))) = −ln x +C  3x = −y lnx + Cy   y lnx +3x = Cy

(ii)  let u=y−x  (du/dx)=(dy/dx)−1  (du/dx)+1=(√u)  (du/( (√u)−1))=dx  ∫(du/( (√u)−1))=∫dx  t=(√u)−1  u=(t+1)^2   du=2(t+1)dt  ∫((2(t+1)dt)/t)=2(t+ln t)=2((√u)+ln ((√u)−1))  2((√u)+ln ((√u)−1))+C=x  ⇒2((√(y−x))+ln ((√(y−x))−1))+C=x

differential equation is exactly the same as integral, the answer can be more than 1 form

and no measure states that one form is better than another. because there must be differences in viewpoints. hair can be the same black but the contents of the head are different. ha ha ha..

(ii) (√(y−x)) = v ⇒ y−x = v^2   (dy/dx) −1= 2v (dv/dx) ⇒(dy/dx) = 1+2v (dv/dx)  ⇒1+2v(dv/dx) = v   ⇒2v (dv/dx) = (v−1)   ((2v dv)/(v−1)) = dx   2(((v−1+1)/(v−1)))dv = dx   2∫ (1+(1/(v−1)))dv = x+c  2v +2ln(v−1) = x+c   2(√(y−x)) + 2 ln((√(y−x))−1) = x+c

(i)  (dy/dx)=−(1/e^(2(y−x)) )  u=y−x  (du/dx)=(dy/dx)−1  (du/dx)+1=−(1/e^(2u) )  (du/dx)=−(1+(1/e^(2u) ))=((e^(2u) +1)/e^(2u) )  ((e^(2u) du)/(e^(2u) +1))=−dx  ∫((e^(2u) du)/(e^(2u) +1))=−∫dx  ∫((d(e^(2u) ))/(e^(2u) +1))=−2∫dx  ln (e^(2u) +1)=−2x+C  ⇒ln (e^(2(y−x)) +1)+2x=C

 i apreciate your effort sir W but although just simple way   by the variable separable can we get      e^(2x) + e^(2y)  = C .
