F(x+1)−F(x−1)=6 F(0)=4 F(3)=?
$${F}\left({x}+\mathrm{1}\right)−{F}\left({x}−\mathrm{1}\right)=\mathrm{6} \\ $$$${F}\left(\mathrm{0}\right)=\mathrm{4} \\ $$$${F}\left(\mathrm{3}\right)=? \\ $$

you can get F(x+2)=F(x)+6. so you can only find F(2n) from F(0) and you can not find F(2n+1).so F(3) can be any value.
$${you}\:{can}\:{get}\:{F}\left({x}+\mathrm{2}\right)={F}\left({x}\right)+\mathrm{6}. \\ $$$${so}\:{you}\:{can}\:{only}\:{find}\:{F}\left(\mathrm{2}{n}\right)\:{from}\:{F}\left(\mathrm{0}\right) \\ $$$${and}\:{you}\:{can}\:{not}\:{find}\:{F}\left(\mathrm{2}{n}+\mathrm{1}\right).{so} \\ $$$${F}\left(\mathrm{3}\right)\:{can}\:{be}\:{any}\:{value}. \\ $$
