we can not determine, because with the given condition we can′t know the working rate of 2 men, 3 women and 4 boys.

let 2m+3w+4b=x...(i) and we get 3m+4w+6b=25⇒75m+100w+150b=1 ⇒((75)/x)m+((100)/x)w+((150)/x)b=x....(ii) now compairing (i) &(ii) we get ((75)/x)=2⇒x=((75)/2) ((100)/x)=3⇒x=((100)/3) ((150)/x)=4⇒x=((75)/2) so the question is inconsistent there is something wrong with the question. I don′t think it is solvable.

(1/x) = (((2/3)+(3/4)+(4/6))/(25))⇒x = ((25)/((2/3)+(3/4)+(2/3))) x = ((25)/((4/3)+(3/4))) = ((25×12)/(16+9)) = 12 days

can not be correct! with more people in the past we needed 25 days, now we have less people and we need even less time than before?
