as i already answered in an other  question of yours, !!n is not a generally  defined symbol. if you mean   something particular with !!n, you  should specify what you mean.  otherwise such a question makes  no sense, just like when i ask  8^(÷2) =?

obviously 8^(÷2) =5_(?4)  because 2 is prime
