ω=((2π)/T)  s(t)=A cos ωt=A cos ((2πt)/T)  s(0.7)=8 cos ((2π×0.7)/2)=−4.7 cm
$$\omega=\frac{\mathrm{2}\pi}{{T}} \\ $$$${s}\left({t}\right)={A}\:\mathrm{cos}\:\omega{t}={A}\:\mathrm{cos}\:\frac{\mathrm{2}\pi{t}}{{T}} \\ $$$${s}\left(\mathrm{0}.\mathrm{7}\right)=\mathrm{8}\:\mathrm{cos}\:\frac{\mathrm{2}\pi×\mathrm{0}.\mathrm{7}}{\mathrm{2}}=−\mathrm{4}.\mathrm{7}\:{cm} \\ $$
