let z=x+iy ⇒f(z)=((1−x−iy)/(1+x+iy)) =(((1−x−iy)(1+x−iy))/((1+x)^2  +y^2 ))  =((1−x^2 −iy(1−x)−iy(1+x)−y^2 )/(x^2  +y^2  +2x+1)) =((1−x^2 −y^2 −i(y−xy−y−xy))/(x^2  +y^2  +2x+1))  =((1−x^2 −y^2 )/(x^2  +y^2  +2x+1)) +i((2xy)/(x^2  +y^2  +2x+1)) =u+iv ⇒  u(x,y)=((1−x^2 −y^2 )/(x^2  +y^2  +2x+1)) and v(x,y)=((2xy)/(x^2  +y^2  +2x+1))
