V=πR^2 H  V_1 =πR_1 ^2 H_1 =V=πR^2 H  ⇒(H_1 /H)=((R/R_1 ))^2 =((R/(0.95R)))^2 ≈1.11  ⇒increament in height must be 11%.
$${V}=\pi{R}^{\mathrm{2}} {H} \\ $$$${V}_{\mathrm{1}} =\pi{R}_{\mathrm{1}} ^{\mathrm{2}} {H}_{\mathrm{1}} ={V}=\pi{R}^{\mathrm{2}} {H} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\frac{{H}_{\mathrm{1}} }{{H}}=\left(\frac{{R}}{{R}_{\mathrm{1}} }\right)^{\mathrm{2}} =\left(\frac{{R}}{\mathrm{0}.\mathrm{95}{R}}\right)^{\mathrm{2}} \approx\mathrm{1}.\mathrm{11} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{increament}\:{in}\:{height}\:{must}\:{be}\:\mathrm{11\%}. \\ $$
