Edit: this is already fixed. Therefore this thread is closed... There′s a glitch! Whenever you backspace from a line to delete it, you′ll end up directly in front of the first thing you typed, whatever it is. Also, is there a way for this app to run in portrait orrentation on tablets? Because I can′t seem to get it to rotate to that mode. I saw in your screenshots on the Google Play page that it was possible, but I can′t get it to work. I would perfer editing in that orrentation over the landscape rotation.

1. When you delete a empty line using backspace. Then the cursor moves to next line or previous line if there is no next line. This is the design. Please let us know what is the issue. 2. Portrait Mode: Switch your tablet to portrait mode before starting editor (via + key or answer etc) Once editor is opened you cannot change orientation.

i have following issue: say i have this in editor: ABCDE FGHIJ when i delete the second line with backspace, i expect that the cursor will move to the end of the first line, i.e. behind the letter E, but in fact it moves to the position behind the first letter A.

Yes, Tinku Tara, I′m referring to Mr. W′s comment above Also, I figured out how to get it in portrait. But the cursor problem should really be checked out −SWPlaysMC Edit: Also add a feature so when you delete a line with text in it, the text gets carried over to the previous line. I′ve seen this done in text editors and the misc. Example of this: Let′s say I have this: ABCD ∣EFGH When I remove the second line without removing the text, the first line now looks like this: ABCD∣EFGH (∣ is the cursor)

thanks sir! the bookmark issue seems solved. i can access to all bookmarked using “view older”. “backspace at beginning of line joins two lines” is a nice thing, but it can also make a problem. for example when i just want to delete some letters in a line using backspace till the cursor is at the beginning of the line, but if i at this instant press the backspace by accident one time too much, i′ll join two lines which i actually don′t want. dividing this long line into two lines is not easy at the moment. so i think, we also need the corresponding feature that we can use Enter to divide the line.
