((7x)/3)−4y = ((7×3)/3)−4(−1) = 7+4 = 11 .
$$\frac{\mathrm{7}{x}}{\mathrm{3}}−\mathrm{4}{y}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{7}×\mathrm{3}}{\mathrm{3}}−\mathrm{4}\left(−\mathrm{1}\right)\:=\:\mathrm{7}+\mathrm{4}\:=\:\mathrm{11}\:. \\ $$
