also from the graph it seems like a>b  but none of the option satisfies it

please translate the question into  english!    i guess the question is which of the  equations of the circle is correct.    eqn. of circle (x−a)^2 +(y−b)^2 =r^2     from the graph we see that following   conditions must be fulfilled:  1) a,b>0  2) a<r, b<r ⇒r^2 >a^2 , r^2 >b^2   3) (√(a^2 +b^2 ))>r ⇒r^2 <a^2 +b^2     A), B), C)fulfill all three conditions  and could be correct. D) is wrong.  most likely is A).
