then the answer is  C_3 ^( 24) ×(3−1)!=4048  or  (P_3 ^( 24) /3)=4048
$${then}\:{the}\:{answer}\:{is} \\ $$$${C}_{\mathrm{3}} ^{\:\mathrm{24}} ×\left(\mathrm{3}−\mathrm{1}\right)!=\mathrm{4048} \\ $$$${or} \\ $$$$\frac{{P}_{\mathrm{3}} ^{\:\mathrm{24}} }{\mathrm{3}}=\mathrm{4048} \\ $$
