a_n =(n−6)(n+3)<0  ⇒−3<n<6  ⇒n=1,2,...,5   i.e. 5 terms are negative.
$${a}_{{n}} =\left({n}−\mathrm{6}\right)\left({n}+\mathrm{3}\right)<\mathrm{0} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow−\mathrm{3}<{n}<\mathrm{6} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{n}=\mathrm{1},\mathrm{2},…,\mathrm{5}\: \\ $$$${i}.{e}.\:\mathrm{5}\:{terms}\:{are}\:{negative}. \\ $$
