Once you start typing arabic or any right to left language then everything is shifted to the right. This was asked for by users who write arabic. Arabic is always written right to left. Please update to version 2.274 and clarify what is the exact issue.

2.274 shift everything to right once you writing arabic. I need more input from Arabic users to change this behavior.
