not true for n=3 true only for n=8k+1
$$\mathrm{not}\:\mathrm{true}\:\mathrm{for}\:{n}=\mathrm{3} \\ $$$$\mathrm{true}\:\mathrm{only}\:\mathrm{for}\:{n}=\mathrm{8}{k}+\mathrm{1} \\ $$
