why  e^(ln(1/3))  to be (1/3)???

a^(log_a (b)) =b

ln x = log_e x  if    a^b =c  blog_d a=log_d c    so  a=e, b=log_e (1/3), c=(1/3), d=e  a^b =c  ⇒  e^(log_e (1/3)) =(1/3)  (log_e (1/3))(log_e e)=log_e (1/3)  (log_e (1/3))1=log_e (1/3)  log_e (1/3)=log_e (1/3)
