Ar△ABD=Ar△ABC  ⇒△AOD+△AOB=△BOC+△AOB  ∴△AOD=△BOC=x (let)  ((△AOD)/(△AOB))=((OD)/(OB))  ⇒(x/(25))=((OD)/(OB))  again ((△DOC)/(△BOC))=((OD)/(OB))  ⇒(9/x)=((OD)/(OB))  ∴(x/(25))=(9/x) ⇒x=(√(9×25))=15cm^2   Area of ABCD=9+15+25+15                                  =64cm^2
