This question is real lol!  2. (a) Total length = (9/4) m   ⇒ lenght used for a job = (2/3)×(9/4) = (3/2) m  length used = (9/4)−(3/2) = (3/4)m  (b) lenght used for job = (1/8)×(3/4) = (3/(32))  ⇒ lenght left = (3/4)−(3/(32)) =((21)/(32))m
