x,y,z≠0  xy−x=3⇒(xy−x)z=3z  ⇒xyz=3z+xz=3  xyz=3
$${x},{y},{z}\neq\mathrm{0} \\ $$$${xy}−{x}=\mathrm{3}\Rightarrow\left({xy}−{x}\right){z}=\mathrm{3}{z} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{xyz}=\mathrm{3}{z}+{xz}=\mathrm{3} \\ $$$${xyz}=\mathrm{3} \\ $$
