$${v}_{{t}} ={v}_{\mathrm{0}} \sqrt{\mathrm{1}+\frac{{t}}{\mathrm{273}}} \\ $$$$=\mathrm{340}\sqrt{\mathrm{1}+\frac{\mathrm{100}}{\mathrm{273}}} \\ $$$$\approx\mathrm{400}\:{m}/{s} \\ $$
