$$\frac{\mathrm{R}}{\mathrm{60}}=\frac{\mathrm{20}}{\mathrm{100}−\mathrm{60}} \\ $$$$\mathrm{R}=\frac{\mathrm{20}×\mathrm{60}}{\mathrm{40}}=\mathrm{30}\Omega \\ $$
