put x=−2  p(1)=(8−6−1)Q(−1)=3

$$\mathrm{put}\:{x}=−\mathrm{2} \\ $$$${p}\left(\mathrm{1}\right)=\left(\mathrm{8}−\mathrm{6}−\mathrm{1}\right){Q}\left(−\mathrm{1}\right)=\mathrm{3} \\ $$

let x+1 = z ⇒x=z−1  P(2z+3)=(2(z−1)^2 +3(z−1)−1)Q(z)  take z=−1  then P(−2+3)=(2(−2)^2 +3(−2)−1)Q(−1)  P(1)=(8−6−1)(3)  P(1)= 1×3 = 3 ★
