	$n = 7 x + 4 a n d n = 4 y + 2$ $∴ 7 x + 4 = 4 y + 2$ $\Rightarrow y = \frac{7 x + 2}{4}$ $(x, y) = (2, 4), (6, 11), (10, 18) . . . . . (4 k - 2, 7 k - 3)$ $∴ n = 7 (4 k - 2) + 4 = 28 k - 10$
