You spent 500−300=200 rupees. I won′ call money spent on rice and flour as “wasted”:) Remaining 300 rupees divided among four people so each person will get ((300)/4)=75 rupees.

$$\mathrm{You}\:\mathrm{spent}\:\mathrm{500}−\mathrm{300}=\mathrm{200}\:\mathrm{rupees}. \\ $$$$\mathrm{I}\:\mathrm{won}'\:\mathrm{call}\:\mathrm{money}\:\mathrm{spent}\:\mathrm{on}\:\mathrm{rice} \\ $$$$\left.\mathrm{and}\:\mathrm{flour}\:\mathrm{as}\:``\mathrm{wasted}'':\right) \\ $$$$\mathrm{Remaining}\:\mathrm{300}\:\mathrm{rupees}\:\mathrm{divided} \\ $$$$\mathrm{among}\:\mathrm{four}\:\mathrm{people}\:\mathrm{so}\:\mathrm{each} \\ $$$$\mathrm{person}\:\mathrm{will}\:\mathrm{get}\:\frac{\mathrm{300}}{\mathrm{4}}=\mathrm{75}\:\mathrm{rupees}. \\ $$
