$$\mathrm{\angle }\mathrm{XZY}=\frac{130}{2}=65°$$$$\mathrm{\angle }\mathrm{OZX}=\mathrm{\angle }\mathrm{OXZ}=38°$$$$\therefore \mathrm{\angle }\mathrm{OYZ}=\mathrm{\angle }\mathrm{OZY}=65-38=27°$$$$\mathrm{\angle }\mathrm{ZOY}=180-27-27=126°$$
