$$\mathrm{first}\mathrm{try}\mathrm{factors}\mathrm{of}9:\pm 1,\pm 3,\pm 9$$$$\Rightarrow m_1=-3$$$$(m+3)(m^2-3m+3)=0$$$$\Rightarrow m_{2,3}=\frac{3}{2}\pm \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}\mathrm{i}$$
