$$a=g(\sin \theta -\mu \cos \theta )$$$$v_2^2-v_1^2=2as$$$$v_2^2-v_1^2=2g(\sin \theta -\mu \cos \theta )s$$$$\Rightarrow \mu =\tan \theta -\frac{v_2^2-v_1^2}{2gs\cos \theta }$$$$\Rightarrow \mu =\tan 30°-\frac{{30}^2-{10}^2}{2\times 10\times 100\times \cos 30°}=0.115$$
