$$\mathrm{adding}\mathrm{all}\mathrm{three}\mathrm{equations}$$$$18\mathrm{x}-9\mathrm{y}=0\Rightarrow 2\mathrm{x}=\mathrm{y}$$$$\mathrm{the}\mathrm{first}\mathrm{two}\mathrm{equations}\mathrm{will}\mathrm{be}$$$$\mathrm{x}-\mathrm{z}=-2$$$$2\mathrm{x}-\mathrm{z}=-1$$$$\mathrm{solving}\mathrm{x}=1\mathrm{y}=2\mathrm{z}=3$$$$\therefore \mathbf{x}+\mathbf{y}+\mathbf{z}=6$$
