vowels : A,I,E ,E  □■□■□■□■□ = ((4!)/(2!))×((4!)/(2!))× ((5),(4) ) = 144×5=720  ■=vowels  □=consonant

vowels:A,I,E,E=4!2!×4!2!×(54)=144×5=720=vowels=consonant
