Σ_(k=1 ) ^n (2k−1)=n^2   Use mathematical induction

Direct method  S=1+3+5+7..+(2n−1)  =(n/2)[2×1+(n−1)×2]→S=(n/2)(2a+(n−1)d]  =n^2

DirectmethodS=1+3+5+7..+(2n1)=n2[2×1+(n1)×2]S=n2(2a+(n1)d]=n2
