$$\underset{1}{\stackrel{3}{\int }}\mid \left(\frac{1}{2}{x}^2{y}^2\right){\mid }_1^{2}dy=\underset{1}{\stackrel{3}{\int }}(2y^2-\frac{1}{2}{y}^2)dy$$$$=\mid \frac{3}{2}.\frac{1}{3}{y}^3{\mid }_1^3=\frac{1}{2}(27-1)=13.$$
