what does [...] mean? usually it′s the greatest  integer function, in this case the equation  has no solution: [...]∈Z but 5−2(√7)∉Z

if it′s absolute (−2x−((√3)/4)) we have no  solution again because abs (X) ≥0 but  5−2(√7)<0

ifitsabsolute(2x34)wehavenosolutionagainbecauseabs(X)0but527<0
