$$\sqrt{1+x^2}(1+\frac{c}{x})\sqrt{c^2+4}=2x+c(2+\frac{c}{x})$$$$\Rightarrow$$$$\sqrt{x+\frac{1}{x}}(c+x)\sqrt{c^2+4}$$$$=(2x+\frac{c^2}{x})+2c$$$$.....$$
