$$\int \frac{2xdx}{\sqrt{1+x^4}}{x}^2=t\Rightarrow 2x=\frac{dt}{dx}$$$$=\int \frac{dt}{\sqrt{1+t^2}}=log(t+\sqrt{t^2+1})=log(x^2+\sqrt{x^4+1})+C$$
