e^(ix) = cosx + isinx

put x^2  = cos z ⇒ x dx = −(1/2)sin z dz  I = −(1/2)∫ (√(1−cos^2 z)) (sin z dz )  I=−(1/2)∫ sin^2 z dz   I=−(1/2)∫ ((1/2)−(1/2)cos 2z)dz  I=−(1/4)z+(1/8)sin 2z + c  I=−(1/4)cos^(−1) (x^2 )+(1/4)x^2 (√(1−x^4 )) + c

I=∫ x(√(1−x^4 ))dx we do the changement x^2 =sint ⇒2xdx=cost dt  I=∫(1/2) (√(1−sin^2 t))cost dt =(1/2)∫ cos^2 t dt =(1/2)∫ ((1+cos(2t))/2)dt  =(t/4) +(1/8)sin(2t) +c =(t/4)+(1/4)sint cost +c  =arcsin(x^2 )+(x^2 /4)(√(1−x^4 )) +c

I=∫x(√(1−x^4 ))dx  x^2 =u ⇒ 2xdx=du  I=(1/2)∫(√(1−u^2 ))du     =(1/2){((u(√(1−u^2 )))/2)+(1/2)sin^(−1) (u)}     =(1/4)(x^2 (√(1−x^4 ))+sin^(−1) (x^2 ))+C
